I won't be baking here for the next few weeks while I travel to India, by way of Brooklyn. Just enough time to check out what's cooking in NYC. I plan on learning how to make some of the authentic Indian breads & other delights while I'm there. If I'm successful you'll be on the receiving end very soon.
